Redback boots use no stitching, screws or glue as these breakdown over time. Redbacks use the premier method for work or hiking boot soles - a moulten or liquid sole material that is formed directly onto the leather fibres under pressure. So the sole actually then becomes part of the upper.
The TPU work boot sole has excellent oil and acid resistance to almost all thise encountered in normal working environments. It has 2 times the abrasion resistance of many soles. The soles are heat resistant to 200C. Redback believes that boots must be breathable. Synthetic linings and leather liings, which are glued to the upper, stop the leather breathing. The extra thick and mellow single layer of the leather keeps your feet at the most comfortable climate.
